Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, pet hair, or any signs of wear will not be accepted.

Receive Approval: Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.

Ship Your Item: Package the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
